Timothy McFadden, affectionately known as “Tim”, a son of the late Jessie John McFadden and Rose Marie Tindal McFadden was born on April 19, 1971 in Clarendon County. He was preceded in death by his father, Jessie John McFadden, grandparents, Albertus Tindal, Dorothy Smith McFadden and Daniel McFadden Sr. Two aunts, Helen Tindal Wright and Rosa Ragin and one uncle, Gregory Georgia.

He received his formal education in the public schools of Clarendon County. Timothy accepted Christ as his personal Savior and joined Taw Caw Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. He was joined in holy matrimony to Mozelle Green McFadden and this union was blessed with two children.

Timothy was a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He was kind, gentle, and a caring provider to his family. To know him was to love him. He enjoyed watching wrestling, detailing cars and spending time at Tindal’s Garage. He will be missed and remembered by all who knew him.

On Friday evening, November 24, 2017, God called his servant, Timothy McFadden to rest from McLeod Regional Medical Center. He leaves to cherish his loving memories: three sons, Melquon McFadden, Columbia, SC, Jaquan McFadden and Timothy McFadden Jr. both of Florence, SC. His mother, Rose Marie Tindal McFadden of the home. One sister, Bristica (Sammie) Cooper of Manning, SC. One stepson, Antonio Green, Charlotte, NC. One nephew, Marquez Cooper. Three adopted sisters: Kendra Tindal, Charlotte, NC, Stephanie Brailsford, Lafayette, Louisiana  and Sheila Dingle, Manning, SC. Two adopted nieces: Chayna Tindal, Charlotte, NC and Veronica Brown, Sumter, SC. One grandmother, Susie Mae Tindal, Summerton, SC. Four aunts: Janett (Joseph) Holliday, Summerton, SC, Veronica (Greg) Green, Manning, SC, Mary (Austin) Smalls, Sumter, SC, Christine Dowe, San Antonio, TX and Sarah Nelson, Manning, SC. Six uncles: James Tindal, Summerton, SC, Dennis (Helen) McFadden, Manning, SC, George Ragin, Manning, SC, Micheal Ragin, Summerton, SC, Terry Georgia, Manning, SC and Rickie Georgia, Baltimore, MD. Four grandaunts: Hattie Gipson and Rose Raleigh, Baltimore, MD, Retus (Willie) Frazier, Fayetteville, NC, and Rosa Lee Grady, Wilmington, NC. One granduncle, Moses Bennett, Patterson, NJ. Mother-in-law, Katie Williams. Special friends: Mack Dingle and Joe Conyers. Special cousins: Harold Tindal, Edward Tindal, Joey Henry, Lincoln Brailsford Jr, Mesean Dingle, Darnell Tindal, and Kenneth Wilder. Deacon B.O. Butler and Ervin James who were like fathers to him and a host of other relatives and friends.
