Loretta B. Turner was born on Saturday, November 23, 1957 in Clarendon County to the late Ollie Brown and Isabelle Billie Brown.

She attended the public schools of Clarendon County. Her generous and kind nature will be missed by all who knew her. Loretta loved her family but first and foremost she loved God. She loved fishing as she felt it was an opportunity to connect with God.

On Tuesday, July 17, 2018 God called his daughter from labor to reward at McLeod Health Clarendon in Manning, SC.

Those left to morn her passing are: her husband, Marcellus Turner of the home;  a daughter, Faith Michelle Turner of the home; one sister, Margaree Johnson; three aunts, Minnie Billie, Alice Solomon and Idella Billie; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
